3. *We encourage you to send a money order,cashierıs check or credit card as payment. This will relinquish your order in a very timely manner. We will provide email or phone verification of receipt of your order.
**important**: please be certain when making your selections as our
merchandise is customly crafted; therefore all sales are final and no
refunds or exchanges can be given unless defective merchandise is received.
Please allow an additional two (2) weeks for processing of personal
checks (you are encouraged to send money order, cashierıs check or credit
card as form of payment).
You may reserve your Hatalogue by checking the Hatalogue request box
on the order form and enclosing an additional ten ($10) dollar processing
fee; this helps us to offset the cost of printing. If you have ordered from
us before, we will automatically send a Hatalogue out to you! Thank you so

You will receive confirmation of your order via email (please provide)
or telephone, and an estimated time of delivery when your order and payment
arrives at our offices.
When shipping your order, we will enclose a gift certificate for any
overages that are due you. This can be applied toward future purchases from
any of our beautiful creations!
Hatboxes, Hatalogue, and use of the HH&H Holdover Service (layaway)
are optional offerings. If you want to take advantage of these offerings at
this time, simply write in the designated amount of the service on your
order form. If not, just leave the space blank.
